This Privacy Notice describes how ZGB Labs Ltd., for and on behalf of Glide Investment Limited (BVI), collects and uses information when you interact with the SLVCE website and the investor portal.

Sub-Processors

We engage the following service providers, each bound by data protection obligations: DigitalOcean LLC (hosting, European Union), Resend Inc. (email delivery, United States), Plausible Insights OÜ (privacy-focused analytics, Estonia), Sumsub (identity verification, where applicable).

International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where transferred from the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

Investor records are retained for at least seven years following the end of the investor relationship to comply with BVI anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
